THE WATER TREATY IS ON FIRE

When India got independence on August 15th. Later, on august 19th India did not remember that there will be a flood on the northwestern part after the separation due to the flow of water. Then British man has cut all the links with India such as financially, economically and others. So, the unexpected flow of river Sutlej which will cause huge damage for the bordered states. The excess water discharge can make the reservoirs flood the neighbouring states.

Here India did not communicate about the overflow of water or flood for the bordered states. Later, India thought to use the whole water for the country. Again they tried for 9 years to negotiate for the treaty of Indus waters. Then they signed in front of the world bank.

India later got control over eastern rivers and started generating them for electricity and uses for several purposes but, the western part rivers are under the control of Pakistan. So, India cannot use for all purposes except for electricity and for dams. Pakistan has taken all the rivers in Kashmir under their control.

Pakistan doesn't share water with Afghanistan as the Kabul river is under them. Pakistan fears about the removal of Kashmir special status because the river which is both used. Now that river will be under the control of India.
