 FALLING IN YOUR DREAM
Do you ever feel like falling in your dream? If so, you are not weird. 70% of the population experience this at least once in their life. But, no one knows why that happens.
These are called hypnic jerks, which means a common sleep disturbance but, there is nothing to worry about.

Suddenly you feel like falling and sense danger. You try to catch yourself. Your muscles become alert to hold something.
There are many falling dreams you come across.
Suddenly lost balance you feel this when you lack confidence in yourself or in others. The surrounding people might give you a hint.
Pushed feeling happens when you do something against your will. You feel this sensation.
Lost grip sensation happens when you lack control and when you want to explore different areas in your life.
Holding on happens when you try to fix a situation which is you may have no control over.
Slipping experience is quite scary. It causes emotional distress.
On the edge happens when you need to slow down in your life.
Landing at the bottom happens when you are thinking about the end of your life.

These happen due to many reasons like afraid of the job, relationships, lack of confidence, insecure feelings, no control in the situation, doing something against your will, failure, depression, anxiety, stress.
If you have encountered any of these then you need to take a break in your work life. Once if you wake up in a jerk just roll on and go to sleep.
